Zip Zap is a premier IT company providing enterprise architecture, software development and testing services to federal and local governments as well as private industry. Zip Zap provided funding for math books for students and tutors at Amidon-Bowen Elementary School in Southwest DC.
 

Southwest neighborhood assembly (swna)

SWNA created an education task force within their organization to provide access to community resources for the tutoring program at Amidon-Bowen Elementary School and Jefferson Middle School. They actively fund-raise and provide other services to expedite the success of the program.
 

sOUTHWEST bId

SWBID consists of a dedicated staff who are focused on making Southwest DC a clean, safe, vibrant community to live, work, and visit. SWBID provided funding for English books for students and tutors at Amidon-Bowen Elementary School in Southwest DC.

Hill Rag provides publicity for the Community Scholars. Hill Rag’s first article was a major factor in the success of the program in the beginning stages.
